Terms and conditions

These conditions govern stays booked on this website. By booking, the guest (the tenant) accepts them; the confirmation received by email is their summary.

1. Subject

Short-term tourist rental of the apartment Horizon Lake View, at Via Clogna, 4, 24060 Predore (BG) (CIN IT016174C2TAHCSF68, CIR 016174-LNI-00031), pursuant to Art. 1(2)(c) of Italian Law 431/1998 and Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code.

The apartment is let exclusively for a holiday stay: any other purpose is prohibited, including transferring one's domicile or residence.

2. Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed when the online payment is successful; the guest then immediately receives a confirmation email summarising the stay.

The price is the one shown at the time of booking and is paid in full online, by card or with the other methods offered by Stripe. It includes utilities (electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi) and cleaning.

It does not include the tourist tax of €1 per person per night, to be paid in cash on arrival. It applies for up to 10 consecutive nights; children under 13 are exempt.

3. Duration and times

Check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure, when the keys are returned.

The stay cannot exceed 30 nights. From 1 June to 31 August the minimum stay is 2 nights.

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival (14 days for arrivals from 1 June to 31 August). Within that deadline the amount paid is refunded in full; after it, cancellation is no longer free. Details are in the cancellation policy.

As this is an accommodation service for a specific date, the right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code does not apply (Art. 59(1)(n), Legislative Decree 206/2005).

5. House rules

• The apartment sleeps a maximum of 2 people. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and the stay may not be transferred to third parties.
• The building rules must be respected, including quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
• Smoking inside the apartment and holding parties or events are prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.

6. Documents and personal data

Before or upon arrival, the guest provides the identity documents of everyone staying, as required by Italian law for reporting to the public security authorities (Alloggiati Web portal).

The data is processed only for these purposes and to manage the booking, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, as described in the privacy policy.
