Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival (14 days for arrivals from 1 June to 31 August).

How to cancel

In the confirmation email you will find the "Cancel the booking" button. Within the stated deadline the cancellation is immediate and the amount paid is refunded in full to the same payment method, normally within 5–10 working days.

How the deadline is counted

The days are counted back from 14:00 on the day of arrival. What counts is the arrival date, not the date on which you booked.

After the deadline

After the deadline cancellation is no longer free and the booking cannot be cancelled online. For anything you need, contact the property quoting your booking number.
